“Laura Ann Hoyt, daughter of Samuel Palmer and Mary Jane (Thuma) Hoyt, was born 24 Jan 1876 in Fredonia Township, Michigan and died 4 Jul 1943 in Battle Creek, Michigan. On 22 Apr 1896, in Ellis Corners, Michigan, she married Charles Edward Lutz (1872-1942). They are buried in Oakridge Cemetery, Marshall, Michigan. They had two daughters: Mildred Ione (1899-1938) and Eyleen Margurite (1907-1985).”
